We are actively expanding into Latin America. Position Overview eincors is seeking a results-oriented, bilingual Technical Sales Coordinator to support the expansion of our Latin American business development activities. This position operates under the direct supervision of the Business Development Lead and is responsible for executing the full inbound and outbound sales operations cycle from lead qualification through RFQ submission and pipeline follow-up. This is not a passive support role.



The right candidate will take genuine ownership of day-to-day commercial activity and will be expected to develop rapidly into a regional sales contributor. Key Responsibilities Manage and nurture inbound leads via WhatsApp Business and other digital platforms, qualifying each prospect according to a structured discovery framework and directing them appropriately through the sales process Conduct outbound prospecting via LinkedIn and Sales Navigator, targeting procurement managers, supply chain leads, and parts importers within Peru's mining sector Coordinate RFQ submissions between prospects and the internal quotation team, ensuring technical accuracy, timely follow-up, and full pipeline documentation Execute social media activity on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms in alignment with the business team lead's content strategy Build and maintain structured prospect lists using LinkedIn, trade directories, and industry databases Submit a weekly pipeline report covering le
