You are proficient in Social media management, Sales, Lead generation, Fitness, CRM tools. You have the potential to develop in Healthcare social media sales, Coaching. English - Conversational
Responsibilities and more:
What You Will Do
Respond to inbound Instagram DMs quickly and thoughtfully. Start conversations with warm and cold leads.



Qualify leads based on fit (we do not take everyone). Guide conversations toward booking a call with our closer. Follow up with leads who have not booked yet. Track conversations and bookings daily.
You Might Be a Great Fit If You:
Can hold a real conversation (not robotic, not scripted). Understand sales psychology (or are eager to learn fast). Are proactive and take ownership—you do not wait to be told what to do. Are organized and can manage multiple conversations at once. Are comfortable talking about fitness, pain, and lifestyle. Have strong written communication skills. Are coachable and open to feedback.
Bonus Points If You
Have experience in fitness, coaching, or health. Have done DM setting or sales before. Understand the mindset of women dealing
