We are launching a new Staffing & RPO business unit , and we are looking for a Business Manager to build it from the ground up.

This role goes beyond sales. You will be fully responsible for developing, structuring, and scaling the business , owning everything from client acquisition to revenue growth.

If you have experience selling recruiting or RPO services and are ready to own and build a business line , this role is for you.

What You Will Own

- Build and execute the commercial strategy for the new business unit
- Generate and close new business in staffing, recruiting, and/or RPO services
- Own the full sales cycle and revenue targets
- Define pricing, service structure, and go-to-market approach
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure strong delivery
- Identify growth opportunities and scale the business unit over time

What We’re Looking For

- 5+ years in B2B sales within staffing, recruiting, or RPO services




- Proven track record of building pipeline and closing deals
- Experience owning or heavily contributing to revenue growth
- Strong commercial mindset with ability to build structure, not just sell
- Experience working with HR / Talent Acquisition stakeholders
- High ownership, autonomy, and execution capacity

This Role Is NOT For

- Traditional HR Managers or HR Business Partners without sales experience
- Profiles focused only on internal HR operations
- Candidates without direct exposure to selling talent solutions
