Job Overview

We are seeking a talented individual to join our FP&A; team at Marsh. This role will be based in Lima, Perú. It is a hybrid role requiring a presence of at least three days per week in the office.

Responsibilities

- Analyze complex financial and quantitative data to support business partners with strategic recommendations.
- Review and conduct analysis of financial planning information and reports, and recommend changes to management.
- Communicate consistently with business partners to ensure alignment and foster a close relationship.
- Assist in the month‑end close process by preparing recurring, standard, and ad‑hoc reports and researching the general ledger.
- Prepare financial reports, presentations, budgets, and forecasts, and monitor their development.
- Manage financial databases and demonstrate strong communication and storytelling skills to facilitate decision‑making.
