Right now, we are looking for a Documentation Specialist / Quality assurance to integrate our internal team, based in Lisbon.

Your responsibilities include:

- Process design and improvement (producing, reviewing and maintaining project and technical deliverables within the scope of the service transition program);
- Gathering information from technical teams (incoming and outgoing) and from the client through interviews, workshops and knowledge transfer (KT) sessions;
- Structuring, organising and standardising documentation according to defined standards, ensuring consistency, clarity and traceability;
- Documenting processes, workflows, application and infrastructure architectures, configurations, integrations and system dependencies;
- Supporting the build-up and maintenance of the documentation repository;
- Ensuring alignment of the documentation with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Level Management, etc.)
- Contributing to the definition of templates, documentation taxonomy and knowledge management best practices.

You must have:

- Higher Degree or equivalent (training or professional experience);




- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the design and improvement of procedures and operational documentation;
- Knowledge of the ITIL framework and of the terminology associated with IT service management;
- Proven ability to conduct interviews and information-gathering sessions with technical teams;
- Rigour, method, attention to detail and strong focus on the quality of the deliverable;
- Proficiency with documentation and collaboration tools (Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Word, Visio or equivalent);
- Good communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills;
- Fluent in Portuguese and professional level of English (written and spoken);
- Availability to travel to UK.

We value:

- ITIL 4 Foundation or other Service Management certifications (e.g. ISO/IEC 20000);
- Knowledge of Knowledge Management and Information Architecture methodologies;
- Experience with ITSM tools (e.g. ServiceNow);
- Ability to create process and architecture diagrams;
- Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and hybrid environments;
- Dynamism, initiative and results orientation;
- Analytical skills, problem-solving and conflict management abilities.
