We are looking for an experienced US Recruiter to join our team and support full-cycle recruitment for the US market. The adecuado candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience recruiting for the US market
- Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring)
- Advanced English level (C1 required) – verbal and written
- Ability to work on-site, Monday through Friday
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills

Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for US-based roles
- Source candidates through multiple channels (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.)
- Conduct interviews and candidate evaluations in English
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements
- Maintain accurate candidate and pipeline records
