Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Location: • LATAM – Remote (office-based if needed)
Schedule: Monday–Friday Aligned with US time zones (Flexible within 8 AM EST – 9 PM PST) ✅ 8 productive hours + lunch & breaks
Language: Advanced / Fluent English (C1+ / C2) Experience: 1–3 years in sales (required)
Role Overview
We’re looking for a high-energy SDR to re‑engage previously canceled or lost clients through high‑volume outbound calling. Adecuado for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven sales environment.
Responsibilities
- 30–40 outbound calls per day
- Re‑engage prospects and uncover new opportunities
- Handle objections and pitch marketing services confidently
- Track activity and collaborate with the sales team
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years in SDR / outbound sales (no CSR‑only profiles)
- Proven high‑call‑volume experience
- Strong objection handling & persuasion skills
- Neutral accent (British accepted)
