Business Intelligence Associate at Baires Dev

In this role, you'll support contact between BI and specific areas of the company, helping gather needs and collaborating with the BI team to support dashboards, metrics, and reports. You'll help create, update, and improve dashboards, tools, and reports to support teams in making informed decisions. This is your opportunity to develop dashboard creation skills while learning about different areas of the company and supporting how teams use data.

What You'll Do:

- Help build dashboards and reports across areas.
- Support meetings between BI and other areas.
- Help gather area needs and collaborate to address challenges.




- Support review and improvement of KPIs.
- Conduct research and gather data to support analysis.

What we are looking for:

- Experience working with stakeholders to understand their needs.
- Experience building dashboards and reports.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Advanced level of English.

Nice to have:

- Experience with Google Sheets and Workspace.
- Familiarity with Tableau.
- Knowledge of Databricks.
- Experience with Power BI.
