to join our dynamic team in Lima, Perú. As the HR & Payroll Specialist , you will support the Regional HR Manager in the execution of HR functions,



ensuring smooth HR operations aligned with regional goals and global standards.
This role is idóneo for an HR professional looking to develop their skills within a dynamic, global company environment.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll Coordination
Act as the HR point of contact for the payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely communication between HR, Finance, and payroll vendors.
Ideally, have experience participating in a payroll insourcing project or payroll vendor transition, including testing and cutover activities.
Demonstrate knowledge of local salary concepts, payroll legislation, and compliance requirements.
Support compensation and benefits administration and collaborate on total rewards initiative
Employee Onboarding and Offboarding: Assist in managing the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all steps are completed
