Completed commercial education(e.g. business academy, university of applied sciences, university); auniversity degree is desirable
Professional experience in asimilar role, ideally in the construction industry
Solid IT skills and a strongaffinity for working with numbers
Dynamic, analytical, andinnovative mindset
Strong communication andcontractual skills
Willingness to learn,flexibility, and above-average commitment
Structured, proactive,solution-oriented, and independent working style with strong team spirit
Strong awareness of quality andcost-efficiency
Possible willingness to travel
Knowledge of a CEE language isa plus, but not mandatory

Preparation or support in thepreparation of the monthly cost report as well as in the monthlyreporting, such as project reports, earnings forecasts, etc.
Preparation or support in thepreparation of forecasts, particularly in terms of performance, results,and risks
Preparation and follow-up ofinsurance notifications
Review of internal allocations
Accounts payable and receivableaccounting, including invoicing, receivables management, and dunningprocesses
Monitoring compliance withconstruction contracts (with clients and subcontractors), both legal andcommercial aspects
Participation in andclarification of the commercial framework conditions during acquisition,systematic customer support, as well as negotiation and legal review ofcontracts
Independently providing expertadvice on all contractual matters
