Your responsibilities:
Strategic and operational responsibility for sales activities in the Asian market
Building and maintaining long-term partnerships with distributors, wholesalers, and key accounts
Identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, including market and competitor analysis
Negotiating conditions, prices, and contracts in close collaboration with internal departments
Representing the company at international trade fairs and industry events
Regular reporting to management and close collaboration with the international sales team
Your profile:
At least 5 years of experience in international sales, preferably in the toy or consumer goods industry
In-depth knowledge of the Asian market and regional business practices
Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional language skills (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese) are a plus
Proven track record of working with distributors and wholesalers in Asia
Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 10%) and strong intercultural competence
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a confident and professional appearance

Legal information:
For this position, we offer an attractive salary (collective agreement for employees in commercial enterprises) of €45,000 gross per annum—your presente salary will be agreed upon in a personal interview with you, based on your qualifications and professional experience.
