Role Overview
We are currently seeking a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated chef to develop their skills in a fast-paced, professional environment.

About The Role

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and present high-quality dishes in your designated section
- Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation standards are maintained
- Assist in menu development and daily specials
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety (HACCP compliance)
- Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Train and support junior kitchen staff

Requirements

- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up
- Relevant culinary qualifications preferred
- Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen best practices
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Passion for food and attention to detail
