This role
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans to attract potential customers, retain existing ones and drive growth in our B2B2C retail channel and B2C online and offline channels, leading market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products/services,



and liaising with media organizations and advertising agencies.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute local marketing strategy, with end to end budget ownership and accountability for vintage gross margin against marketing investment.
Drive in‑store marketing across retail network with thousands of points of sale, including:
Align on joint marketing strategies with B2B retail partners and OEMs
Ensure coherent brand and messages throughout the customer journey
Co‑ordinate with suppliers and field force sales team to ensure high coverage of quality materials at all points of sale
Attract more customers and raise brand awareness through the creation of marketing seasonal and always campaigns
Ensure strong local brand identity in PR and customer campaigns. Invest to develop local brand identity and appropriate positioning in B2C and B2B2C marketing
Drive B2C business through B2C retail channel and digital campaign
