- Build and maintain high-level relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions through regular visits and partnership-focused engagement ?
- Represent the company in government bidding processes, public tenders, trade shows, and major industry events, ensuring full regulatory compliance while maximizing commercial opportunities ??
- Gather, analyze, and report critical market intelligence, including competitor activities, pricing trends, and product performance, delivering actionable insights and strategic recommendations to headquarters ??
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Technical Support, and Operations)

- Local Peruvian professional with a proven track record in sales leadership or senior sales roles within the medical devices or healthcare industry ?
- In-depth knowledge of the Peruvian healthcare system, with strong experience in government procurement, bidding processes, and public tenders ?
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills at all levels, including C-suite and government stakeholders ?
- Fully bilingual in Spanish and English (both written and spoken).
- Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently while consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets ?
