As a DevOps Engineer, you will help build, automate, and operate the platforms and pipelines that deliver our applications safely and quickly. You will partner with software engineers, QA, and operations to improve reliability, speed, and developer experience across the SDLC.

Responsibilities of the DevOps Engineer include:

- CI/CD & Release Engineering: Build and run secure, scalable CI/CD pipelines with quality gates, progressive delivery, and fast rollbacks.
- Platform & Infrastructure Enablement: Operate cloud and Kubernetes foundations via Terraform, with strong security, reliability, and cost governance.
- Configuration & Secrets Management: Standardize configuration-as-code and secrets (Vault/Cloud KMS) with rotation, drift detection, and audit trails.
- Container & Orchestration: Deliver hardened container platforms (K8s, registries, Helm, service mesh) with end-to-end supply chain and runtime security.
- IDP & Developer Experience: Own the Backstage-based IDP and toolchain to provide golden paths, self-service workflows, and integrated platform APIs.
- Observability & Quality Enablement: Provide testing automation infrastructure and a unified telemetry stack (logs/metrics/traces) to improve reliability and accelerate troubleshooting.

What you need to be successful

- Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- 1-2+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or a related role.




- Hands-on experience building or supporting CI/CD pipelines and automation.
- Programming or scripting experience in C#, Python, PowerShell, and/or Bash.
- Experience with containers and Kubernetes (AKS and/or EKS) and Docker.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm).
- Working knowledge of cloud fundamentals in Azure and/or AWS (networking, compute, identity, storage).
- Understanding of logging, monitoring, and security best practices.

Nice-to-have:

- Experience with TeamCity, Octopus Deploy, GitHub Actions, or similar CI/CD tooling.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence in Agile teams.
- Observability experience with Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, SysDig, and/or Open Telemetry.
- Secrets management experience with HashiCorp Vault.
- Experience hardening Kubernetes and cloud environments (RBAC, least privilege, secure defaults).
- Using AI-assisted tools (e.g., ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Claude) to accelerate troubleshooting, documentation, and automation.
